Our RIBs feature an innovative arrangement of the fuel tanks below the deck. This intelligent placement maximizes available console space while lowering the boat's center of gravity, which positively affects trim and maneuverability. The use of high quality stainless steel fuel tanks allows significant amounts of fuel to be accommodated on board, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and durability. This is not only considerably safer, but also ensures long tank life, which in turn allows for extended voyages and adventures.
Our service includes complete support in the area of motors - starting with the precise selection of the optimum motorization, through the careful compilation of the appropriate components, to reliable motor delivery. Our team of experts is at your side during installation and commissioning, taking care of every detail. The KM-PR hulls are made of commercial glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP), Lloyds approved glass fiber mats and rovings (fiber bundles) are placed in highly polished molds and processed by highly skilled laminators. All stages of manufacture are closely monitored to ensure correct humidity and temperature, resulting in uniform curing and a bubble-free hull of immense strength. The cross-linked internal matrix is then embedded and, when laminated in the correct position, the hull is floated with gel to prevent de-lamination in later years. The hull is then removed from the mold and the stainless steel fuel tanks are installed, the deck and internal moldings are glued in place, and the finishing of the deck is completed. The hull is now ready for the installation of the hoses.
The fender hose
These are handmade by experienced experts for individual applications or requirements. Buoyancy hoses are made of Hypalon®, without question the leading material for hoses because of durability, and more importantly because of ease of repair. Hypalon® hoses are cut by a unique computer-controlled cutting machine and roughened on all bonding surfaces. The hoses are formed by hand, all internal and external tapes at the seams are bonded by special adhesive. The finished hoses are tested according to international standards before installation.

Supply of trailers tailored to the boat. All options can be customized according to individual requirements, and professionally installed by our technicians. Köser Marine GmbH designs and installs special equipment such as waterproof electrics on their lifeboats.

Our consoles and seats are designed and manufactured to be practical and user friendly. We manufacture them using the latest molding techniques known as Resin Transfer Molding. This process ensures that the highest possible level of strength and finish is achieved.

All KM-PR boats from 4.2m to 12.0m are manufactured to MCA standards. This means that the boat meets the relevant standards for buoyancy, stability and manufacturing. Further approvals on request.
